Requested a service call the week of January 9th, 2018 for a fridge repair. Final diagnosis was completed on January 30th, 2018. 3 weeks! The best part of this story is my fridge STILL is not repaired! After finally getting a call back the week of February 13th, 2018 and after having words with the receptionist informing her I would not be leaving another message, I have yet again been left hanging. Going on week #7 and still do not have a working fridge and am no closer to finding out when the repairs will be done as they refuse to return my calls! Horrible customer service. If you are unable to complete a job you start, kindly communicate with your customers so we can seek more professional service elsewhere!
