Everstone Law PC is a trusted Mississauga criminal defence law firm led by Inder Padda, a criminal defence lawyer practicing since 2016, providing strategic legal representation for bail hearings, DUI and impaired driving offences, assault and sexual assault cases, drug charges, fraud, theft, and other criminal matters. Inder brings strong courtroom and client-focused experience, having represented individuals facing criminal charges at Community Legal Aid in Windsor and handled pre-trial negotiations, while also gaining valuable insight into the justice system through his work with the Ontario Court of Justice as a probation intake worker. He further developed his litigation skills during his articling with the Ministry of the Attorney General, where he worked on complex civil remedies and appeared before the Superior Court of Justice. As a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and an active member of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association, including its Diversity and Indigenous Committees, Inder is committed to delivering skilled, strategic defence while protecting the rights of clients across Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto, and surrounding Ontario regions.
