These people are criminals. Everything stated by Barry is the truth. The owner of this company literally barged into my apartment and demanded his rent money when we withheld it for repairs. There was a massive hole in our pantry that was allowing rats in. We didn't realize it was there during the inspection because they covered it up with painted cardboard. When we refused to pay until repairs were done, they illegally shut off our power and water. Avoid these idiots like the plague.
