WARNING! AVOID this cleaning service at all costs. To make a long story short I hired this company and had lodged complaints with the owner regarding work not being completed (either AT ALL or not satisfactorily). The owner said the issues would be fixed by changing cleaners (even more annoying after my complaints she STILL fully charged me – even though only HALF of the work was done). Well suffice to say things got worse until the last clean culminated in destruction of my property. I came home to find that my bathtub had been cleaned with Toilet bowl cleaner and a scouring pad!!!! The fumes were so strong that I could not enter the bathroom with a mask for HOURS. When I examined the tub the faucet was severely damaged (the metal coating stripped) as well as the drain, worst of all, the bottom of my tub was like SAND PAPER! I called a number of bathtub repair companies who told me that using such a corrosive product on an older steel enamel coated tub WOULD cause this damage and quoted approx. $350 to have it re-coated. I called the owner and sent a number of emails – she ultimately said the incompetent cleaner said my tub was already damaged and that she believed her so would NOT be covering the damage???!! SHE USED TOILET BOWL CLEANER IN MY BATHTUB!! ?? The owner stated the incompetent cleaner admitted to using the product and she STILL would not take responsibility. Lysol Canada had said the product causes damage to metal and enamel coated tubs and this owner still would not cover the cost to the damage to my property. Moreover, I looked through my house after the clean and found my garbages not changed, my floors only HALF cleaned, under the beds were not cleaned, only ¾ of my living room carpet was vacuumed, my mirrors were not wiped, picture frames not dusted, bathroom floor not cleaned (at least she didn’t use the toilet cleaner on my floor!!), my kitchen island was not wiped, mud room not swept, my sons carpet in his room not vacuumed and his bed not made….these were ALL things that were apart of the contract! In addition, the cleaner came at 10:15 am as I was leaving and according to my landscaper she was not here when he arrived at 11:50 – I was suppose to be paying for a 2 hour clean!!?? – she was NOT here for 2 hours. So not only did she damage my property BUT didn’t even do the basic cleaning I was paying her for!!?? STAY AWAY – STAY AWAY!
