As such, we provide on call emergency pet care for all our established clients. Our clients and their pets are like family to us. We are always willing to leap in and help when and where we can in the unfortunate event of a crisis or emergency, whether that be labour, hospitalization, delivery emergency or personal emergency. In addition, our qualified staff is able to give all manner of medications and special care to ensure the well being of your pet. Medications are administered free of charge (oral, eye drops, pills, needles etc.) One of our staff members Frazer also has his Pharmacology Diploma License.

Having operated a successful luxury pet resort business since 1995, we know a lot about what dogs and their owners love. When we began to develop the concept of our own doggy daycare and boarding facility, we kept coming back to 3 core fundamentals that have allowed us to thrive over the years. Because Shelley has a deep bond with her community, she has given back in many ways. Shelley has been donating to the Quinte Humane Society every month for the past 15 years. Shelley has begun donating to Fixed FurLife Quinsey on an ongoing monthly basis since October 2016. Shelley has been raising non-perishables food items around the Christmas Holidays for the past 15 years as well, this year Shelley was able to raise an outstanding 1030 pounds which went directly to Gleaners Food Bank in Belleville. Shelley loves her community and believes in doing her part to help in anyway she can.
