Bogert Condos is a new condominium and townhouse development coming soon by Greatwise Developments, is located at 325 Borget Avenue in North York, Toronto, and is now in pre-construction. This new condo development will have a collection of towers tightly knit together, ranging between 21- 27 storeys. The condos will also include new parking spaces and bike storage spaces. The project is also proposed to have a park and a new public street that will run through the subject site.
