Ted Bergeron and Chris Clifford have worked together representing injured clients since 1999. We work only for injured clients, never for insurance companies. As a former insurance defence lawyer, Ted knows how the industry works from the inside, and knows how insurance companies see cases and clients. We know what an insurance company needs to see before it will agree to compensate you. Each injury lawyer has a different approach. We keep our caseload low in order to give each case the attention it deserves. This strategy helps our cases move faster and our clients get bigger settlements and court awards. We are also dedicated to personal injury outside of our day jobs. We are advocates of the Ontario Brain Injury Association and have taught at St. Lawrence College, Queen's University and the Law Society of Upper Canada. Along with associates Gavin Cosgrove, Warren WhiteKnight, and Joe Dart, our lawyers work in 30 major towns and cities in Eastern Ontario, representing clients from Ottawa, Cornwall, Kingston, Belleville, Peterborough, Toronto, and everywhere in between. We all live and work here, and have family all over the region. We know the area and its people well.
