Poor, They have certain deadlines for all the things. For example, if in middle of the year if you want to extend your plan to a famil coverage, they wont do it. Also on opt outs, if somebody working with university completes his position after Jan 30, he can not opt out. That is the most pathetic insurance company with weird deadlines.
