Company description
Fused glass was discovered by the Romans and was the primary method of working glass for about 2,000 years. The art was largely lost upon the discovery of the more efficient and functional glass blowing. However, when a glass kiln was developed in the 1980's, artists like Klaus Moje and Rudi Gritsch started fusing color bars developed for the button industry, causing a renaissance for fused glass.
