Air control heating and cooling was an amazing for beginning to end! They were very detailed in the responses when it came to the quotes that we received from them in regards to our new system. Excellent company! Had a problem with my Air Conditioner and Furnace both on same day so I call Air Control heating and cooling. Mr. Peter came right on the time as per schedule appointment and performed early diagnostics for the furnace and AC. He explained me everything which I understand easily. I would describe his body language as extremely polite and professional. He answer all the question I had. Fix the issue on same day. I would not only recommend his exceptional service but also will be happy to work with them again.

During annual air con service, the technician of air control heating and cooling (ROB), discover a slow leak. He contacted the dispatcher, and was able to re-adjusting his booking so that he could stay and perform the repairs, at this visit. I appreciated the prompt, dedicated service and courteous attention to Covid protocol during his time at my home.

The installation of new Air condition was done in a timely fashion and professionally by the installer Kevin and Muhammad. Both installer were polite were friendly. The cleanup was meticulous the duct and vent cleaning were excellent. Both men were also professional and courteous.
