Camp Ak-O-Mak offer comprehensive sports programs for girls that includes competitive and open water swimming, triathlons, biking, running and land sports. It is a traditional summer camp experience with instruction in over 25 sports/activities. All levels of competitive programs are offered by visiting professional coaches in swimming, triathlon, and canoe/kayak sprint racing. Ak-O-Mak is located on the beautiful Ahmic Lake in Ontario.
