Now 2021 ! Our family has many Sun Life Insurance policy’s here is one LI-R389,171-7.L Here is how it works: First, discuss your concerns with your advisor or with the Sun Life Financial Trust client service area that you normally deal with. If afterward, you feel your complaint has not been handled satisfactorily, you can ask the person you’ve been dealing with to “escalate” you to the next level in the complaint handling process. When this happens, a specialist, team leader or supervisor will review your case. If this doesn’t resolve your complaint or concern to your satisfaction, your next step is to contact the Sun Life Ombudsman’s Office. Good luck with this , all sun life will do is drag there feet . Bad service , very bad conduct , Sun Life are the worst in the industry .SCUM BAGS. THE WORST ! Still need final position letter on work package WP 2398-2593-0254 As phoned Sun Life AT 1 877 786 5433 Talked to AVI she would not give her last name . Avi give me a work package number WP 2398-2593-0254 Also talked to Janette Skeen 1 519 888 3772 [email protected] .Sun Life is to embarrassed to reply ! NO COMMENT SO FAR !
