Mike and Tracy accepted us in their home based business and right away I knew my family was in great hands. A wall full of local rewards made me feel as if I'd won the lottery. I explained my price point and what if like to do and after a free at home estimate because we live local, mike suggested we DOWN size that the system we wanted was OVERKILL. We own a semi attached house and we spent around $1000 installed and setup. Mike took extra time to explain our recording options how to use our system and because of my noobness took the time months after the install free to guide me threw what I was looking for.
After having the system my sons hockey net was taken from the driveway, although minor enough mike and Tracy could have charged to review footage but explained how I could do it quickly and effectively. I DID. We found the night and handled the situation between parents. I was happy to know from minor to major my family is covered as I travel nationwide and to the US frequently.
I've heard they honor warranties in a timely about and since my system was installed they have grown but have not sacrificed on customer service. Tracy helped me upgrade my cameras this year and mike again said NO need for a new recorder. The most expensive part! Absolute pleasure you have my business for life!
