West Oak Restaurant opened in 2013 in the heart of Yaletown, Vancouver's historical uptown district. westOak Restaurant can be enjoyed in an number of different ways offering a versatile experience compared to other restaurants in Yaletown Vancouver. Our friendly staff and servers will make you feel right at home whether you are enjoying Brunch in Yaletown, experiencing our full bar: sampling a selection of our cocktail menu, having a glass of wine with dinner from our high end open kitchen, or visiting Pierre's for an after dinner drink and dancing.
All of our products are sourced ethically from local suppliers in our community. We do this because we believe that supporting our local economy and neighbors in Vancouver creates a fantastic business environment for restaurants in Yaletown Vancouver where we can support each other. Our beef comes from Two Rivers Meats where it is naturally raised and grass fed without antibiotics or hormones. The seafood we serve is Oceanwise certified, delivered fresh each day and personally filleted by our chefs. Our chicken comes from the Fraser Valley and is raised free range. When we select our produce and herbs we choose from local suppliers: Hannah Brook Farms and Mikuni Wilk Harvest mushrooms.
West Oak Restaurant is a newer restaurant but has become a staple in Yaletown providing a great family atmosphere as well as promoting a fun night life with friendly service and great food all with a welcoming feeling.
