Luv-A-Rug has been Victoria's and Vancouver Island’s most LOVED area rug cleaning specialists for over 20 years. We are located at 445 Beta Street, Victoria BC where we LOVE to unload any rugs from your car for you.
We are wool safe certified and proud members of the Academy of Oriental Rugs where we have taken the "Do No Harm" pledge for rugs. This means we NEVER clean your rugs in a tub with other rugs or use any type of bleaching agents. We only clean rugs individually, one at a time with clean water.
Luv-A-Rug can clean every type of area rug imaginable whether it’s Persian, oriental, wool, synthetic, silk, sheepskin, machine made, hand-made, hand-knotted or anything in between no matter the size or shape.
We also clean sails, boat canvas, wet suits, survival suits, firefighter turnout gear, cushions, luggage, mascots, sports equipment, stuffed animals and any other hard to clean items.
We specialize in GUARANTEED pet odor removal and the removal of moths (they really love dirty area rugs). If your rug shows any signs of moth activity we have a “museum curator” non-chemical method to remove all traces of moths and also offer a safe non-toxic treatment to prevent moths from going near your rugs again.
If you rug has suffered moth damage (or any type of damage for that matter), our weavers from Qom, Iran can perform authentic hand repairs on it – even if they are antiques made of wool or silk – and make them look like new again.
Luv-A-Rug also provides insurance approved rug appraisals for your treasured rugs.
Other services we provide are carpet binding, fringe removal and replacement as well as cut and bind new carpets for boats.
In Victoria and all over Vancouver Island we offer pick-up and delivery of large rugs and multiple rugs. We guarantee our work and stand behind it. If you are not 100% completely happy we will do everything we can to make you happy and if we cannot, we’ll give you a full refund.
