We have a passion for fitness and we a proud member of our local community. We have been a big supporter of The Kelowna Women's shelter since 2011. It all started when we were looking for a Charity that was really in need. The Shelter is a place that was being run in a deficit and was desperately in need of charity funds to keep their doors open. This Charity has helped so many women and children in their goal to get away from toxic environments and get back on their feet. Its cause fits so well into what the Flaman Foundation represents, so you could say we had a match.
