I was extremely pleased with the service provided by FileRetrieval.ca. They communicate often and clearly during the process and the were able to fully recover all of my data from a failed Toshiba Canvio external hard drive. The prices were amazingly lower than the other places i seen. Will recommend their service to everyone I know.

Recently I experienced a local hard drive crash and, unfortunately, it was not backed up. I attempted recovery with different software based recovery tools, but no luck as it was a mechanical failure in the drive. FileRetrieval.com was my last chance. They managed to recover all data was recovered in a timely and economical manner and located it on a new hard drive. I would definitely recommend FileRetrieval to my friends and anyone needing data recovery for a reasonable price.

Real professionals. My 1 TB Hitachi Deskstar HD made clicking noises and didn't boot up. In desperation to get all my documents, photos and videos I called FileRetrieval hoping they could fix it. In only 3 days I got all my data back and was giving a tips on what to do to prevent it from happening again. Prompt and courteous service.

I thought I'd never see our photos again when dropped my WD external hard drive and it didn't boot up. Took it to FileRetrieval.ca. The staff there were calm and efficient in the face of great angst and were able to retrieve a lifetime of memories. I now have all my data back without losing anything. Greatly appreciated.

Our hard drive decided to crash without warning and we stood to loose 4 months worth of our business files, all our photos, music and personal documents. I searched Google for data recovery service providers and FileRetrieval.ca website was by far the most helpful. I took them my corrupted hard drive and they assessed it and gave me a quote within 24 hours. Once I agreed to the quote I had all my data back within a week. I am very happy with the service.

My company was recently unfortunate enough to have one of our hard disks fail. Unfortunately, this caused our back up drive to corrupt also, and the result was a loss of months of work. I searched google for data recovery companies and FileRetrieval.ca website was by far the most helpful, their services were the best priced and the location was perfect. So I filled up the contact form on the site, brought them my broken disk, and these guys recovered all my data within the agreed time. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a speedy, professional & very affordable data recovery service.

I have had a physically damaged USB flash drive. The drive was fitted fits into my computer (a mac) but does not show on my desktop. I have tried it with multiple computers and no luck. I decided to contact FileRetrieval.ca and then sent them my flash drive. Two days later I received a call and was told, that 100% of my files were recovered. Also, their price was fair and I'd recommend their service to my friends too.

I had USB that was not working (malfunction or not recognized) after my two year old kick it while he was play around me and the USB was in my laptop. I called FileRetrieval.ca and brought my bad USB to their office for assessment. Not only were they able to retrieve all of the data I had lost but were very kind and their customer service was impeccable!! An excellent experience all around!

Amazing service! FileRetrieval was able to recover my corrupted WD800 hard drive that I was told by computer techs that everything may have been lost. They care taken with my computer (and data) was excellent and the customer services was outstanding. They saved me from a whole lot of headache and hassle. Thanks FileRetrieval.ca

We had a local hard drive crash that, unfortunately, was not backed up. Fortunately we called FileRetrieval.ca. They were quick, friendly, professional and affordable. They managed hard drive recovery and restored 97% of the information on our broken hard drive. We now have our data restored and a great backup solution, thanks to FileRetrieval.ca.

I was trying to use data recovery software to recover my files, but this attempt was failed. I googled FileRetrieval.ca and fill out the contact form at their site. Few minutes after I received a phonecall from the office manager with the proposition to send corrupted hard drive to their location. They really did an amazing job, getting my data back. They had everything backed up, the new HD installed, and additional services done... and I had it back in 1 day! Thank you!

Would highly recommend. I spilled coffee on my laptop and it stopped work. I had there business related files from last two years. I deciced to call FileRetrieval.ca. They certainly saved me a lot of hassle by getting my documents back to me before my deadline!

I contacted local computer shop to recover files on my crash MacBook Pro. I was told it probably couldn't be done, however FileRetrieval.ca could recover them all. They did it fast and right. I cannot even start to explain how good they are at their job. Totally outstanding!

The hard drive in my desktop was clicking and grinding and then it finally died on me. I sent the hard drive to FileRetrieval.ca and got it back in a week. They captured all my information and transfered it to a brand new drive. I hooked it up and started the pc and it now ran perfectly. They are lifesavers! I will definitely go there for repair if and when needed. But.... I hope I’ll never have to.
