Company description
Acacio Raposo, the owner has been in business since 1999. He started out as a young man under the age of 20, with a drive to be a successful entrepeneur.
Acacio opened Eurotouch Painting part time as he had a full time job and began as a small painting business acquiring small painting jobs here and there, and one day he got contracted to repaint a Harvey's restaurant in Toronto and hasn't looked back since!
For a couple years he worked full time and carried his business on the side, but as he began to meet more people and got a hold of more business, he began doing more than just painting and odd jobs. He left his full time job, and moved head on into doing small renovations, front porch rebuilds, bathroom renos, and eventually into finished basements.
With this, came along the need to change his company name...he chose to rename the company to fit the profile and became Eurotouch Renovations.
Acacio was extremely determined to strive in the renovation industry. He went out there, befriended as many people as he could, worked his way around bars, home renovations stores, renovation seminars, spread his name, his business cards, and his kind & personable approach found him many acquaintances. Any function he was at, anywhere he went, he talked & mingled with people, and constantly carried a fresh stack of business cards.
All his work was acquired by getting himself out there and talking to people, word of mouth by his current & past customers, and his dedication to customer service in his field.
He branched out into not only residential renovations but commercial. He landed the contract to rebuild the California Sandwiches on Castlefield in Toronto. This was one of his largest contracts and this propelled him into utter will & determination to continue promoting his business to make it a long haul success.
Under the Eurotouch Renovations banner he built a few restaurants in the GTA, and entered into home additions and more detailed renovation work on a much larger scale. He taught himself every single thing in the business, educated himself on every tool and material out there in the construction field...and learned how to dissect professional engineer's drawings in every detail on his own.
By client reference he then began turning home additions into custom home builds and after a couple under his belt he knew he was growing as a company and had to expand more.
With the expansion of employees and space, he made the executive decision to change the company name yet again to reflect the direction of the business.
Thus, Euro-Built Construction Ltd was formed & has been running under this banner for the last 4 years.
