- For foundation settlement problems, we use Helical Pier Systems (HPS) Screw Pile Underpinning System. HPS is a CWB Certified Division II manufacturer. All products are manufactured and tested to the highest industry standard. Each project and pile system is fully engineered to meet site requirements with a “Safety Factor” added. Special patented brackets are used to stabilize and/or lift foundations in distress. This system has many advantages over other underpinning systems available in the industry.
